Advisory service on fair value (valuation) due diligence for M&A purposes
Develop and write up business plan to present to investors, bankers, and financial institutions.
Study business processes and develop work flow and procedures to improve company’s internal controls
Develop key policies and regulations for company’s business operations such as month-end closing, financial reporting, finance and accounting control systems, sale and receivable system, purchase and payable system, payroll and personnel systems, and procurement
Other advisory services such as obtaining BOI (Board of Investment Promotion) certificate, preparing Transfer Pricing report, and other agreed upon procedure reports.
