Company Registration / Dissolution

Our service fee starts from THB 14,900 including the following services:
 

• Reserve the company name under the Department of Business Development system (DBD)
• Organize shareholders’ meeting and prepare meeting minutes on registration/dissolution a company
• Draft other related documents required by the DBD
• Fill up all the required forms required by the DBD
• Obtain a CPA signature (required by the DBD)
• Send our staff to queue and process all the steps to register a company at the DBD (1 day task)
• Coordinate with CPA, government authority, founders, and other parties that might be involved
• Complete the registration/dissolution processes
• Deliver all the original documents relating to registration/dissolution of a company to the company’s owner.
